Planned In-Person Appointments

After commissioning, mobile notary appointments are planned for homes, offices, and agreed-upon public locations, subject to scheduling and availability.

Appointment Preparation

Have all signers present with acceptable identification. Documents should be complete and ready, except for signatures that must be made in the notary’s presence.

Careful Recordkeeping

After commissioning, notarial acts will be completed according to California requirements, including identity verification, certificate completion, and journal records when required.

After commissioning, Waves Legal Services plans to offer professional, in-person mobile notary appointments throughout Northern Los Angeles County, including the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Antelope Valley.
